Question What is your refund policy?
Answer

Our policy lasts 14 days.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Question Can I get a refund on sale items
Answer

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Question What is the delivery timeline
Answer

Standard delivery is typically 2-3 working days via Royal Mail or other courier. Most orders go out by Standard delivery.

Question Where do you get your supply from?
Answer

We source our cashews from states in Nigeria renowned for their good outturn and quality of cashew nuts.  They are harvested and processed by our farming partners who we negotiate a fair transparent price with. 

The cashews are collected, quality checked and sorted according to size.  They are then directly ship freighted from Nigeria to the UK - this way we minimise the need to ship to Asia for processing like other brands. This provides jobs for those in the local regions and contributes to their living wages.
